   (i) The products are naturally based and relatively effective for being not-medical class. (2) My upline/downline team are very supportive and helpful. (3) Perks plan is keen for consultants and party hostesses (come across Cons section for more. (4) I enjoy the 25% product discount

   Cons

   • Horrible pay (discount) on product sales. • Basically have to build a dynasty in order to earn more (receive discounts) of greater than 25% • "Hot" product (primarily seasonal rotation products) sell out stupid fast, which indicates poor sales forecasting (lack of direction strategy) • Products are retired as well quickly • CEO seems insincere and impersonalable • High Plough OVER Rate at the corporate function ( o training consistency for consultants, not-so-nifty for morale, makes you wonder what the french fries is going on there...) • CONSULTANTS pay for samples (non cheap, either EX: $18 for twenty tiny sample packets of paw lotion, with zip discount) • Perks program points tin be used to buy (expensive) samples and business tools, merely non at a one:i ratio. Y'all basically pay ii points for every one dollar in toll (again, discounts practise not utilize) • Consultants end upwardly carrying inventory due to the limited edition or limited quantity products • Untealistic to dream of "career opportunities" as a consultant

   They go on changing everything, policies, compensation companies, even the products. I tin't keep up with all the changes. My clients want samples of everything before they buy and between buying samples and the price of stamp I've just tread water and not fabricated whatsoever actual coin.

   Admittedly Dear the products.. all naturally based ..I have rid my bathroom of all toxic products.. has cleared upwardly my grandsons eczema & my girlfrds granddaughters cracked bleeding right foot that has plagued her for years .. Chimera Up $twenty lasts for months makes lots of bubbling and The Healer Stick and Honey Honey Healing Cream.. I ❤️ The products!

   Cons

   We have to buy all our catalogs, samples with out receiving personal volumes for what nosotros buy. To many new products and the Summer Products sold out in 25 mins and won't be back which ticked off my customers.. the products final for a long time because you apply then little that's a plus merely they got rid of customer favorites such as IndiGo Girk and Nighttime north Twenty-four hours daily Moisturizer.. not a adept buisness motility..

   I love the products. I love what they stand for.

   Cons

   The management doesn't care well-nigh those under them in the pyramid. They bring out new products constantly and discontinue favorites. Y'all have to buy these products and by the time you are able to grab up (so y'all think) and so you have to purchase new products and the ones yous have are discontinued. Samples are expensive. The constant change to the catalogs is expensive, because we are given nothing. I exercise not experience valued or cared for at all. I am leaving the company.

   Products are eye catchers and claimed to exist natural

   Cons

   I became a consultant with this company because the all natural logo stick out to me. I did not research products starting time and went all in. I began noticing slogans that were on the products that had occult similar sayings. I emailed CEO 3 times. Never or a response. She was supposed to be a Christian Bit as I got to looking closer at products in that location were more and more slogans. Impish optics(devil eyes) , a seance for your skin harnassing the power of the ocean, and tons more than. This weighed on my conscience and I quit selling information technology. I invested so much time and money into this business organization. Information technology has since came into our boondocks and left. So the products aren't lasting. My friend was the beginning to innovate it here. Not long after information technology dissipated.

   The "sponsors, leaders, up line" (which ever mode you prefer to phone call them) are rude and stuck up. You lot ask for assistance and they deed too busy to assistance. Yous ask questions and they read the messages merely wont answer till you bulletin saying you plant the solution. They want you to hide all the bad and merely say the good. You get all paid incentives only get charged a lot in taxes that they dont warn you most . they say everything is revenue enhancement deductible but its only tax deductible if y'all earned $600 or more than ..

   Committee is capped at 25% Sponsors see VERY trivial from individual down line team members; you take to have a large down line to come across a good portion of commission skimmed from their sales.
